In 2009 CVP Produced a TV commercial for the Mazda BT-50 4x4. We shot 3 vehicles and edited the commercial, including voiceover and graphics. Based on the success of this commercial CVP was asked to shoot tracking footage of the Mazda3, CX-7 and CX-9. Two days were spent shooting in middle park, port melbourne, williamstown and brighton. Mazda were impressed and we were again asked in june to shoot footage for the mazda2 and mazda6. With a crew of 15 including a police escort team, an amazing chef and a highly equipped tracking vehicle carrying the HD camera, a skilled cameraman and a director, the CVP team captured some great vision of the new Mazda2 and Mazda6 on Beaconsfield Parade, St Kilda, and The Boulevard, Studley Park. The day was spent dodging rain clouds and errant pigeons, but with great success in the end.
